Pastor Lenhard Kyamba (PLK) is a Minister of Life leading an army of Sons of God through CrossLife Mission Network, the School of Christ, and the Kingdom Business Forum—with a mandate to manifest Sons of God who know their identity in Christ.

Pastor Nellyciana Miula serves as the Associate Pastor of CrossLife Mission Network working closely with the Apostolic Head in advancing the vision, spiritual oversight, and doctrinal foundation of the church. In the absence of the Head Pastor, she assumes pastoral leadership to ensure continuity, order, and spiritual stability within the congregation.
Her primary calling is as a shepherd and teacher of the Word of Christ. She is deeply committed to raising believers who understand their identity in Christ and grow into spiritual maturity with clarity, conviction, and purpose. Her ministry is identity-centred, equipping individuals to recognize who they are within the Body of Christ and to walk confidently in their divine calling.

Beyond her ecclesiastical responsibilities, Pastor Nellyciana is an Advocate of the High Court, offering legal guidance on general matters of law. Her academic and professional background complements her leadership, reflecting a life devoted to both spiritual stewardship and intellectual excellence.
She serves with humility, integrity, and firmness in truth, seeking to reflect Christ in both leadership and service.

Dr. Elizabeth Consoli Dino, known as Dr. Betty, is a pastor, doctor and woman of unwavering faith. Above every title she carries, she is a servant of God who believes that He is her source, her strength, and the very reason she lives.

Her life is built on two pillars: faith and obedience. She believes obedience is the highest expression of love to God—the simplest yet most powerful sacrifice. To her, there is no secret to spiritual growth, favor, or greatness beyond wholehearted obedience. A righteous life is a life lived by faith, and true love for God is proven through surrender to His will.

In the world around her, she stands firmly for truth. She believes there is no compromise when it comes to truth, because truth is the foundation of peace. A life grounded in truth is the source of joy, freedom, and lasting happiness.

Alongside ministry, she serves as a doctor, cosmetic formulator and founder of Betty World Skin Lab for Skin of Color in Dar es Salaam.

Whether in the pulpit or in the laboratory, her mission remains the same: to honor God through faith, obedience, truth, and service to His people.

To assist the Senior Pastor in overseeing the financial stewardship of the
church with integrity, transparency, and accountability, ensuring alignment
with biblical principles and international nonprofit governance standards.

To assist Pastors in overseeing the administrative, institutional, and
operational governance of CrossLife Church, ensuring efficiency, compliance,
and alignment with the apostolic vision and leadership directives.

To serve as the chief administrative and communications officer of the
Pastors’ Office, and aid Church administrative businesses ensuring smooth
coordination, documentation, and protocol for pastoral, apostolic
engagements and Church day to day businesses.

To serve as the prayer coordinator ensuring continuous prayer coverage,
apostolic order, operational support, and ecclesiastical decorum within
CrossLife Church and its apostolic network.

To manage and account for all financial transactions of the church, ensuring
accuracy, compliance, transparency, and accountability in accordance with
biblical stewardship and international governance standards.

To serve as the spiritual priest, pastoral head, and apostolic steward of the
Praise & Worship Ministry, leading the congregation into authentic worship,
priestly ministry, and God’s manifest presence in alignment with the vision
and doctrine of CrossLife Church.

Manage and protect the official public image and digital identity of
CrossLife Church.
Develop, maintain, and update all church digital platforms (website,
social media, media channels).

To serve as the psalmist-teacher, responsible for teaching, training, and
imparting revelation on worship, music, and prophetic song, equipping the
worship ministry with biblical, theological, and musical understanding.

The Deacon Ministry exists to serve the Body of Christ through practical
ministry, supporting pastoral leadership, maintaining order, caring for
members, and ensuring the smooth functioning of church life so that the
Word, prayer, and apostolic vision may advance unhindered.
