Our monthly moment of fasting and prayer emphasizes union, revelation, and grace. We begin in union before function, praying from Christ rather than towards Him. We seek revelation before intercession, beholding Christ before speaking on His behalf. And we embrace grace before discipline, understanding that fasting is a response to hunger, not an effort to earn merit. This approach shapes a time of heartfelt communion with God.
